Packing for Camp!

Today me , my mom, and my sister Maddy packed for camp. we both have huge suitcases and they are both full! Everything is packed except for my diabetic stuff. :) Two days until camp. :D I will take lots of pictures and post them on here.

Tea Party! and Baby Sitting!

Today me and my family went to a summer tea party! I made cookies ahead of time to bring too. ( Yum!)All of us dresses up and wore tea party clothes. Some people didn't dress up but my family did. At the party we had tea and desserts, and each of us had our own tea cup. Most of them were different but some of them were the same. Maddy picked the table with the Japanese style teapots and cups, which were pretty cute. Then they had a game where you looked under your plate and if there was a star you got a prize. many people got stars. :)

Yesterday me and my sis (Maddy) babysat for a seven year old girl named Sydney. We have been in a few plays and used to be in acting class together. She was very fun and talkative. :) She showed us all of her Webkins and showed us her puppet. At about 10 she went to bed and we sat and watched the Tooth Fairy until the parents got home at about 12. I had so much fun and hope to do it again soon.

Bowling at Buena Lanes

Today me and my family and a couple of my friends families went bowling. I had to use a 6 or 9 pound ball or I fail miserably. For the younger kids who had trouble lifting a 6 pound ball we had bumpers and a thing where you put the ball on the top and push it down onto the ally. On teh second game I was so close to winning, then my mom got a strike. Oh well.:) Anyway, we had lots of fun and hope to bowl more to get better.

Bracelets!!!

This year for Diabetic Camp I am making bracelets to give to all of the people I will be living with for the week. I want to make ten but so far I have 9. So one more to go! Last year was my firstyear going, so i am excited about going again. :D

Trip to Paramount Ranch.

Today me and a couple of friends went to Paramount Ranch. Most of the people that came were in my car, my car holds twelve people and we only had one seat left. So you can say thats a lot. If you don't know what Paramount Ranch is its like a little western town. You can stand in front of the buildings and stuff. Sadly you can't go in them though. Some of us brought props and costumes and performed a little skit in front of the adults. Then we hiked up to a 'picnic area'. Which was actually a little spot with one picnic table and a pile of horse manure. So then we ate lunch and hiked back. We all had lots of fun but I wish we could have stayed longer to video some more. Hopefully we will be going back there in the future.

Blueberry Picking!

Today me, my family, and a couple of friends went to Under Wood farms to pick blueberries. we also had a contest for who could pick the biggest blueberry. It was very close, but Keara won. Some of the blueberries where huge! I picked several big ones. We then bought some strawberries and chocolate to eat . They where delicious but sadly i burnt the chocolate because it was my first time and i hadn't learned any of the tricks yet. We will probably make blueberry muffins. And smoothies. And in yogurt. And, just eating them! I taste tested a few and they where delicious. ( I also had to check for poison, someones gotta do it right?lol)
