Keepers of the Faith Badge Ceremony
Yesterday my Keepers of the Faith group had its last badge ceremony until the fall. My friends got a LOT of badges, and so did I! Everyone in our group also got a badge for a trait, my sis got cheerfulness because she is always so cheerful. I got courage because I try to live with diabetes. My mom almost cried. After the badge ceremony everyone had brought a desert so we all went to the desert table and ate lots of sugar. ( except for me, I had the low sugar trifle my mom brought. YUM!) After that all of the kids went outside and had light saber duels. My friends Keara and Kyla fought with me a couple times. Their dad owned the lightsabers. The lightsabers where fancier than the plastic ones you get at Target, these were a mix of plastic and glass and they looked so realistic. Any way, I had lots of fun with my friends and can't wait to see them again.

Much ado about Nothing
Me, my sis, and a couple of friends are going to perform a Much ado about Nothing. My sis is rewriting it for younger listeners, while my and my friends are working on set, costume, and basically anything else. We officially start practicing in the Summer, where we will have way more time then during school months. My friend Lauren is provided us with a great painted scene and a few boy costumes. Since my family has six girls (including me) and two boys. She also has a few girl costumes too.
Daily Latin
This year my mom is having us take Latin. Yes, it is a language, its just a dead one. We are finishing up Unit 3. It is not my favorite subject but it is better than math and I would do Latin over math any day. So far I'm not doing to bad. Here are a few words in Latin so you can be all cool when you say them.
nato - I swim
vulnero- to wound
voco- to call
exploro- to explore ( some of these are really easy to translate)
delecto- to delight or please
I hope that added something different to your day.

All Saved Up
Me and my sis have finished saving up for a camp. Its a special camp for diabetics . My sister isn't a diabetic, but I'm allowed to bring her until I'm 13. We will be going for the second time this year, we are really excited about going. Me might also go to a different camp for our Junior High group.
My New Blog!
This is my blog where I will post about my life, Diabetes, and just stuff I like. I will try to remember to post often, but if i don't I'm either busy or lazy. So I hope to be here often!
